News & Information

We were honored to have Senator Grant Hauschild stop by to discuss growing issues we're experiencing in EMS and possible solutions to help stop them. It was a very productive conversation and we're excited to see these problems being taken seriously. We look forward to working more with Grant and the EMS task force to make sure emergency medical services are readily available for anyone who needs them.

April 18th- Lake County Career Expo

Lake County Ambulance Service was joined by North Memorial Air Care, Lake County Rescue Squad, and the Lake County Sheriff's Office in a joint training exercise on the operation of landing a helicopter. This training involved classroom as well as field operations. A big thank you to Andy from North Memorial for taking time to come and instruct us on how to make a helicopter landing safe and effective.
